Education system in the United Kingdom
England education has evolved for more than 100 years for an improved standard. The education curriculum in England starts at the age of 5 to 16, where there are two types of school; state-funded and independent schools. In addition, the education system is divided into 2 systems :
• System used in England, Wales and Northern Ireland
• System used in Scotland
Education level in England can be categorized according to the following :
Preparation period before starting
Both the state-funded and independent school has a preparation program. Most students will start kindergarten at the age of 3 or 4 years old in an independent system. The preparation program will accept students at the age of 5 to 13 years, for international students, mostly starts at the age of 7 and will stay in dorms. Afterwards, they will be moved into primary level at the age of 11 or 13 years old.
Primary level
English students in state-funded school mostly will start primary school at the age of 5 years old and move to secondary level at the age of 11.
Secondary level (GCSEs)
Secondary level school in England both state-funded and independent will be taught till the age of 16 and prepare students for GCSEs or equivalent. Most international students will start the secondary level at the age of 11 or 13 years old.
Education after age 16
After finishing the compulsory education at the age of 16, students can choose whether to continue their education or start working. Most, however, chooses to continue their A-level or equivalent to university called sixth-form College or college of further education. International students will take the A-level exam to continue their higher education.
Further and higher education
Students will finish their secondary level at the age of 18 and will receive an A-level qualification or equivalent for continuing their education in further and higher education.
Further Education
A word used for students who finished their compulsory education at age 16. More than 600 universities have varieties of courses and departments including English course, GCSEs and A-level, vocational courses, Access courses and some bachelor degree courses.
Higher Education
A word used for universities and colleges and some institutes that teaches bachelor degree or higher. There are more than 90 universities in England and has many courses and curriculums.

England is a country that the weather has high variations. The interesting information about the climate in England is that, even though the country has a small area the weather is not shared all over; the west has more rain and much warmer than in the east or the north is much colder than the south. There are 4 seasons; fall, spring, summer and winter.

English is a worldwide language used around the world, furthermore, there are many different races, nationalities, cultures and religions like; Muslims, Jews, Christians, etc. This is because there are many migrates living in the country, the overall population is around 60 million people.
